About Mauricio Zlatkin:
Lawyer by training with a degree from Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ), specialized in Finance and Derivatives Trading in Chicago and New York. Has been a member of the São Paulo Commodities and Futures Exchange (BM&F) from 1987 until it’s IPO in 2007, and from the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) since 1995, having acted as Floor Trader, Broker, Fund Manager and Private Investor. 
Started businessman career in 2004 after moving to Uruguay, currently a Managing Partner in companies with activities in the Real Estate, Aviation Services, Hospitality and Winemaking industries.

About Marcus Bourn:
Marcus Bourn is a graduate student at the University of Nicosia in the Digital Currency and Blockchain program. He has been studying and consulting investors on tokenization since 2020 after first being exposed to the concept of tokenization in 2018. He and his partner Paul were recently winners in the Rootstock Bitcoin Scaling Hackathon for the use case of tokenizing on Rootstock, a Bitcoin sidechain. His background is in real estate investing and services. He has been actively investing in real estate since 2006 with experience in both residential and commercial real estate. Prior to real estate, he worked at the World Bank in Latin America and Africa regions. He believes in the power of Bitcoin and wants to grow the Bitcoin ecosystem.
