Episode 22: Tuscany National - A Tokenized Golf Resort In Italy
In this episode of the Blockchain Real Estate Podcast, host Michael Flight sits down with Scott Brown, Michael Frost, and Courtney Brown to explore their tokenized real estate project Tuscany National, a luxury golf resort in the heart of Tuscany, Italy. They dive into the unique appeal of tokenization in making high-end real estate accessible to investors worldwide, offering a chance to own a share in an exclusive Gary Player-designed golf course and resort.
As Scott and Mike share, Tuscany National was born out of an incredible legacy, originally developed by the renowned Romiti family with a vision to create a luxurious retreat in scenic Cortona. They touch on the challenges and rewards of bringing a high-end resort to life through innovative funding models. Courtney discusses the appeal of tokenized real estate for blockchain enthusiasts and traditional investors alike, with insights into how they’ve structured the investment to allow global ownership.
Take a deeper look at how blockchain is revolutionizing real estate investment, and why Tuscany National stands out as a unique opportunity for those looking to diversify their portfolios with real, tangible assets.
